At esSENtial Early Years we pride ourselves on the partnerships we have with parents. Our aim is to work together with families and other professionals to ensure each child has the best possible start. In order to facilitate this we:

Our manager is a qualified teacher and SENCO. Our team are qualified childcare practitioners who have received extensive training on a variety of subjects including special needs.

Our team all have a genuine care for the families they work with. They get to know childrens likes and dislikes and use this information to create an inspiring and nurturing environment.

Experience

We have over 20 years experience working with children who have a range of special needs. Our staff are all experienced in childcare.

Specialist

Our nursery is resourced with brand new and specialist equipment. Our staff all receive specialist training within their induction period to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of all children effectively.
