Hello, my name is Tanya and I am Third in Charge at Essential Early Years. I am also the Room Lead for Explorers.
I have gained my Level 3 specialist support in teaching and learning qualification. I am level 4 Makaton, PECs and Canaan Barrie on body sign trained. I have also completed the Attention Autism programme training. I have my paediatric first aid and DSL training.
I have 8 years’ experience of working in early years settings, with 5 of these years working within a SEND provision.
