Hello, my name is Lynnette. I am the managing director of Essential Early Years.I am a qualified teacher, early years professional and SENCo (master’s level). I am level 2 Makaton trained, a Makaton tutor for the Makaton Signing for Babies and Families course and level 1 PECs trained. I have my paediatric first aid. I am a story massage instructor and I am also an accredited sensory needs practitioner.
I have over 15 years experience working with children and young people who have special needs as well as 7 years experience within an Early Years setting in which I worked my way up to management.
My passion for working with children who have special needs began when I was 15 years old when I started my first job as a special needs playworker. Since then I have gained several qualifications and attended a variety of training courses in relation to special needs.
I started EsSENtial Early Years to give children the best start on their educational journey. EsSENtial Early Years has been designed with the needs of the children at the forefront.
